The load rating is 80 kg per roller in rolling operation. As with all rollers it drops as the length grows, because a longer tube bends more in the middle; it is the deflection that sets the limit, not the thread. Size against the value for the exact length you buy, and count on the goods always resting on at least three rollers at a time.

A steel roller with an 80 mm diameter, 1200 mm roller length and threaded shaft fitting FM10x20, that is, an internal M10 thread in the roller ends. The threaded version is bolted through the side profiles and gives a stiffer mounting with more load capacity than push-in spindles; this is the roller you pick when the lane has to carry heavier parcels or sit in a structure that must not have any play.

The series covers the 60 and 80 mm diameters with roller lengths from 500 to 1200 mm. A thicker tube gives more stiffness at the same length, so when the goods are both wide and heavy the diameter is the first thing to look at; the length then follows the width of the goods with a margin on both sides. The weight of this roller is 9 kg, a figure you need both for the freight and for judging how the lane is handled during assembly.
