The selected combination does not exist.

A leg support in a tall version for gravity pallet conveyors in the 900 to 1200 mm width segment. The leg support is the part that carries the conveyor from the floor: it sets the working height, takes the load from the pallets down into the ground and gives you adjustment range when the conveyor run is to be aligned. Without the right supports at the right spacing it makes no difference how good the roller conveyor itself is; it is the supports that turn loose sections into a working installation.

The expansion range is 775 to 875 mm, which gives 100 mm of stepless adjustment per support point. That sounds generous, but adjustment range disappears quickly in reality. Industrial floors slope, have hollows at drains and bumps at joints, and a gravity pallet conveyor also often has to be laid with a small deliberate fall so the pallets roll under their own power. With the expansion function you align each support point individually with a spirit level instead of shimming with pieces of sheet metal under the feet, and count on needing both ends of the adjustment range somewhere along a longer run.

The most important decision during planning is the leg support spacing. The load capacity of a gravity pallet conveyor is always stated at a given distance between the supports, for example at leg supports c/c 1.2 m; halve the distance and the load capacity rises, space the supports out and it falls. The exact figures for your conveyor model are in the data sheet of the conveyor, and they are what decides how many supports a given conveyor length calls for. Do not be stingy here. An extra leg support costs little, while a sagging conveyor with pallets that stop halfway costs production time every day it is used.

You choose the tall model where goods are to be handled at a comfortable working height or where the conveyor is fed and emptied with a forklift whose forks need to get in under the pallet with a good margin. Typical installations are buffer conveyors between production and dispatch, FIFO flows and set down conveyors at doors where incoming goods are to be rolled quickly out of the forklift aisle. The right support height is also cheap ergonomics; pulling pallets at the wrong height every day wears on both staff and patience.

During installation you stand all the supports loosely, lay the conveyor sections on and align the whole run before anything is tightened or anchored to the floor. Check the fall with a loaded test pallet rather than with a spirit level alone; how easily a pallet rolls depends on the condition and weight of the pallet, not only on the slope. Then anchor according to the instructions in the data sheet. If the supports stand in or next to a forklift aisle you should also plan for impact protection, since leg supports are sized for vertical load and not for blows from forks.

The net weight is 14.46 kg, and that figure says something about the material in the design; this is a frame part built for pallet goods with real weight, not a light goods component. At the same time check the load capacity of the floor itself at the support points; on older floor structures load spreading plates under the feet can be needed. Further dimensions, hole patterns and capacity tables are in the manufacturer's data sheet.

The range covers leg supports in both a low and a tall model and for several conveyor widths, so you can combine different support heights in the same installation when floor levels or flows call for it. If you stay within the same product family, keeping spare parts also becomes simpler the day something has to be replaced.

Please send a sketch of your planned conveyor with lengths and pallet weights, and we will help you work out the number of supports and a suitable spacing.
