Purten 18 is a clean, nitrogen expanded foam plastic in polyethylene with closed cells, supplied as sheet. It is foamed without chemical blowing agents; nitrogen gas drives the expansion, which gives an unusually clean material.
Like Plastazote LD 18, Purten 18 has the same exclusive feel, fine surface and low density.
The material suits premium class packaging, seals, floats and strips where the look counts.
