Purten 33 is a clean, nitrogen expanded foam plastic in polyethylene with closed cells, supplied as sheet. It is foamed without chemical blowing agents; nitrogen gas drives the expansion, which gives an unusually clean material.
Anyone who has bought Plastazote LD 33 will recognize the material; Purten 33 has the same exclusive feel, fine surface and low density.
