Tube Wheel HH10 is the compact push in wheel of the series in PA6, with a 12 mm roller and 39 mm total height. It is mounted in the tube end and turns a standing rack into something that can be rolled aside; no bolted wheel plate, no bent bracket, just a push in part that is tapped in and held by the tension in the material itself. The wheel builds 5 mm outside the tube end, so the structure keeps almost the same height as on fixed feet and the center of gravity stays low.

This product comes in one version, matched to tubes with a wall thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm. The fact that the range is given as a wall thickness rather than as a long list of diameters makes the choice easy: measure the wall of your tube profile with a caliper and check against the data sheet that the inside dimension matches. The manufacturer gives full dimensions for the push in part there, and it is those dimensions that decide whether the wheel grips the way it should.

The material choice is the same as in the rest of the family: PA6 with a matte black surface, in both body and roller. Nylon has low friction and rolls quietly on concrete, tile and epoxy floors without leaving marks. The material handles oil, grease and normal cleaning agents in a workshop, and it does not end up with a flattened tread after months of standing still, which is the classic ailment of rubber wheels as they age. Toughness and impact resistance mean the wheel survives thresholds and knocks that would chip harder plastics.

With its small roller HH10 belongs under light structures. Think clothes racks, drying frames, store racks, mobile screens, lighter demonstration carts and racks that mostly stand still but now and then need moving for cleaning or rearranging. For carts that are loaded with real goods there are heavier tube wheels with stated load figures; small rollers are made to move the rack, not to carry heavy loads day in and day out. Load figures for HH10 are in the manufacturer's data sheet.

Mounting takes seconds once the preparation is done. Cut the tube square and deburr the inside so that the push in part is not damaged on its way in, then tap the wheel in with a rubber mallet until it bottoms against the tube end. Use the same wheel on all legs so that the rack rolls evenly, and keep the floor free of chips and grit; a 12 mm roller stops against obstacles that a big swivel caster does not even notice.

A word about expectations is in order. Push in wheels in this size are a moving aid, not transport wheels; they are made to roll a rack a few meters across a flat indoor floor, not for daily runs with a load over thresholds and loading docks. Used that way they last for many years. On soft floor coverings a small roller sinks in more easily and the rolling resistance goes up; if the rack stands on vinyl flooring it can be worth trying one wheel before the whole stock is converted.

Worn wheels are replaced as easily as they are mounted. Pry out the old one, tap in a new one, done. That makes HH10 useful not only in new builds but also as a spare part when older racks are freshened up; it is often the wheels that give up first while the tube structure has many years left. And if the rack has to stand still again one day the change is reversible; the push in format makes it just as easy to go back to feet.
