An O-ring in NBR is the standard choice for sealing against oil, grease and fuel.
NBR stands for nitrile rubber and stands up to oil, grease, fuel and hydraulic fluid, while the weakness is ozone, UV and really high temperatures.
Cured means the ring has been joined into a closed ring in any diameter, handy for large or odd sizes. The hardness of 75 Shore A suits ordinary sealing positions. This product, NBR 75 Shore A, is intended for industrial use where the properties of the material come into their own. Use NBR 75 Shore A in lightweight applications where corrosion resistance and electrical insulation are valuable.
