    This is a sheet made of PA6 E GF30, glass fiber reinforced extruded polyamide 6 with 30 percent glass fiber.

    The material is semi-crystalline and has a melting point of 219 °C.

    The density is 1.35 g/cm³ and the moisture absorption at 23 degrees and 50 percent relative humidity is 2.1 percent.

    The tensile strength is 98 MPa, the tensile modulus 5700 MPa and HDT/A 210 °C.

    The elongation at break is 5 percent and Shore D 84. The fire rating is HB.

    Used where dimensional stability in heat weighs more than toughness, for example fixture plates, holders, spacers, wear surfaces and precision parts.

    The plastic can be sawn, milled, turned and drilled with tools intended for engineering plastics. When milling, sharp inserts give a cleaner surface. Moisture affects the dimensions, so let the material rest in the workshop climate before final sizing.

    This particular sheet in PA6 E GF30 measuring 1000 x 610 mm in the color black suits stiff structural parts such as fixtures, holders, spacers and wear surfaces under load. Cut to size on request.
