Sheet in PP LF FR 2000x1000 mm black

This product is made in PP LF FR, polypropylene. LF stands for electrically conductive and FR for flame retardant. We have not got hold of a datasheet for this particular version, so we describe it with general PP properties.

Polypropylene is light, chemically resistant to most water based chemicals and welds very well. It takes up hardly any moisture and is lighter than water. Exact mechanical values, fire rating and any conductivity vary between batches and manufacturers.

The product suits applications where the basic properties of polypropylene are enough, but where you need a version with an extra additive. Contact us if you want technical documentation for your particular batch.

Polypropylene can be sawn, milled, drilled and welded with ordinary tools for plastic. Bonding rarely works well without special surface pretreatment.

This sheet in PP LF FR is black and measures 2000x1000 mm, which suits cutting boards, linings, splash guards and machine guards.
