Sheet in foamed PS SmartX 3050x2030 mm white

SmartX white is a foamed polystyrene board at 3050x2030 mm with a clean, even surface that takes print well. The board has a fine pored foam core between two dense face layers, which gives even flatness and a good base for digital printing.

A foamed polystyrene board with a closed cell structure. Thanks to the core the weight is low while the board holds its shape and gives a flat surface for print and film. It suits signs, displays, exhibition booths and interior parts where low weight matters more than high mechanical load.

Foamed PS is not intended for heavy loads, blows or outdoor use without protection. The surface takes screen printing, digital printing, vinyl and water based paint without primer in most cases. The board is cut and milled with ordinary tools for foamed plastic sheets; use sharp edges and feed calmly so that the cell core is not torn.
