Drilling can be done without the surface chipping, as long as sharp drills are used.

The area of use governs the choice of thickness. Thinner sheets suit graphic work where low weight and easy handling count. Thicker versions are used where stiffness over longer spans is needed, for example in back panels or display boards that have to stand on their own. The white color means the sheet can be used untreated where you want a clean, neutral background.

Storage is flat and in a controlled climate. Paper based composites take up moisture over time, so avoid damp storage rooms and keep the sheets stacked on a flat surface. Cutting and milling create dust, so normal workplace ventilation and a dust mask for longer runs are recommended.
