Five connections cover the complex joints in the middle of a structure, where legs, beams and cross braces come together. In larger racking and machine frames the five way connector typically sits where a center leg meets framework in several directions at once.
RK55 is a five way connector with a steel core for square tubes in nylon PA6. The series covers square tube 20x20, 25x25 and 30x30 mm with a wall thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm, and you pick the dimension as a variant here on the product page. The connector is pressed into the tube ends and builds the structure together without welding; cut the tubes, put the connector in and tap the parts together with a rubber mallet.
