Inside every connector sits a molded in core of zinc plated steel. The core makes the joint considerably stiffer than a connector made entirely of plastic and lets it take up larger moments; that shows in tall racks, long unbroken tube lengths and structures that are moved often. On the outside the connector looks like its all plastic siblings, with the same matte surface and the same simple assembly.

The 90 degree angle makes the connector the standard choice in corners, where a vertical leg meets a horizontal frame. In a simple four legged table or rack it sits in every upper corner, and together with three way and four way connectors from the same program the rest of the frame is then built.

RK25 is a two way connector at a 90 degree angle with a steel core for square tubes in nylon PA6. The series covers square tube 20x20, 25x25 and 30x30 mm with a wall thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm, and you pick the dimension as a variant here on the product page. The connector is pressed into the tube ends and builds the structure together without welding; cut the tubes, put the connector in and tap the parts together with a rubber mallet.
