A leveling foot only does good if it can be adjusted once the machine is in place. If the foot sits under a frame leg made of tube you rarely reach the base from the side, and then the hex socket versions are the answer: the screw has a hex socket in the top, so you set the height from above, through the opening of the tube or a hole in the table top. It may sound like a detail, but anyone who has once lain under a heavy packing table with a flashlight in their mouth knows that it is not. SF76 has a knurled base and a hex socket in the top. Adjust roughly by hand on the knurling while the frame is being built, then fine adjust from above with a hex key when the equipment stands where it should. The series is also the broadest in the hex socket program, more on that range below.
You buy the series as one product and pick the dimension as a variant on the product page. SF76 comes in 81 designs. The foot diameter spans from 25 to 60 mm in six sizes, the thread is M8 or M10 and the screw lengths go from 10 to 94 mm. With that range a single foot model covers most of a normal frame build. Choose the screw length by how much adjustment range the structure needs; more length gives a larger range but also calls for more free space in the tube. If you need to calculate the range, take the largest level difference in the floor plus a little reserve, and it usually lands right.
SF76 is packed in 100 to 500 pieces depending on version. Complete dimensions for each version are in the manufacturer's data sheet, and the variant list with supplier codes is on the product page.
