Box gasket in graphited PTFE is a braided packing for the stuffing box around a shaft or spindle.
The material is PTFE plastic blended with graphite, that is graphited PTFE.
The graphite and the slippery PTFE weave make the packing run easily against the rotating shaft.
It is placed in the stuffing box on a pump or a valve. Ask us about the right dimension.
