General terms of purchase and delivery
The general terms below apply to the sale of products and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as Products) by PlastShop.se (legal name ARC Gruppen AB, hereinafter referred to as the Seller), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the respective customer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the Seller. In all other respects the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen) applies.
Product range and reservations
The product range in the Seller's online shop is updated continuously, which means that new products are added and that certain products are discontinued. The Seller reserves the right regarding errors in information and errors in specification for all products and services occurring in the Seller's range. All image information is to be regarded as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and nature of the item.
Plastic is a material that in most cases is produced to a plus tolerance. For example, a sheet with a thickness of 10 mm may be delivered as 11.5 mm, which is within production tolerance. All products have a production tolerance, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
Products may only be used in accordance with the field of application, the instructions and the scope specified by the manufacturer.
Stock status and product availability
In the event of any inaccuracies in the stated stock status, the Seller reserves the right to correct this afterwards. This means, among other things, that if a product in the Seller's range has been discontinued or for any other reason is not available with reasonable efforts, the Seller is not obliged to supply such a product, notwithstanding that the Customer has ordered it as set out above. In these cases the Seller may offer the Customer an equivalent product.
Ordering process
Through the Seller's website the Buyer can browse products and choose to add them to a cart in order to make an inquiry about, for example, price and delivery time. A formal order is therefore not placed through the website. When an order is placed, the Seller sends an order acknowledgment stating the final price and delivery time. An agreement is entered into only when the Seller has confirmed the order through the said order confirmation. Products that are out of stock at any time are placed on back order and do not need to be ordered again.
The Seller reserves the right regarding typographical errors and technical problems in connection with price statements, and reserves the right to cancel obviously incorrect orders.
Sales and payment
Sales are made only to companies and organizations, and payment is made by invoice. The Seller reserves the right to carry out a credit check.
Delivery and order picking
The Seller works closely with manufacturers and/or local resellers and delivers as far as possible directly from their warehouses. It is therefore possible that an order may arrive in several shipments. Changes and/or additions to an order must be made before the delivery is dispatched. Once a delivery has been started, changes to an order will not be carried out.
As far as possible we try to deliver all products in cooperation with DHL or Schenker. For larger deliveries exceptions may occur. The delivery time is normally 3-10 business days, but varies with product type and order size.
Handling of a delivery that is not received
In cases where the Customer cannot be reached, does not collect or in any other way is unable to receive the delivery, the Seller charges a total of SEK 300 as a handling fee. In cases where the address given by the Customer is a private address, a supplementary fee may be invoiced afterwards if this was not pointed out when the order was placed.
Delivery delays
If a delivery delay occurs, the Seller notifies the Customer of this by email. The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of prolonged delivery delays. Cancellation of a purchase must be made in writing by email. In cases where the Seller is unable to complete an order, for example if the Seller's supplier cannot fulfill its obligations towards the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to disclaim all claims for compensation from the Customer regarding delivery delays.
Transport risk
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, the Customer bears the transport risk (Incoterms EXW), that is, the risk that a product is damaged or lost during transport to the Customer. The Customer bears the risk for any return to the Seller.
Reporting transport damage
The Customer is obliged to report any transport damage in writing and with images attached to the Seller's customer service within seven business days from the time the goods were received. The Customer is therefore responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the product as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
In the event of transport damage, the product may not be used by the Customer without specific consent from the Seller, and the Customer must also keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected during the handling of the damage claim.
Return of an incorrectly ordered item
An incorrectly ordered stocked product may, by agreement, be taken back against 50% of the original value.
An incorrectly ordered item that is not stocked, a so called special order item, is not taken back. Exceptions may possibly be made by specific agreement.
Small order fee
The Seller reserves the right to charge a small order fee for orders below SEK 500.
Return process
When returning an item, the Customer must contact the Seller's customer service by email, who register and approve the return. No goods can be returned until the return has been registered by the Seller's customer service. A return that for any reason is not approved will not be credited.
Complaints
All complaint matters must be reported to the Seller's customer service by email.
The following rules apply to complaints:
- Visible damage must be reported immediately.
- In the case of damage that is not visible on receipt, a complaint must be made as soon as possible and no later than within 7 business days after receipt of the shipment.
Approved complaint
The following applies when a complaint is approved:
- The Seller sends a return waybill to the Customer.
- The Customer encloses a copy of the delivery note with the returned goods.
- The return is packed in outer packaging (a carton), in such a way that the Product's original packaging is not damaged.
- Do not write on the original packaging.
- The Customer is credited the cost of the product once the returned goods have been registered with the Seller.
- The Seller gives full compensation (credit) only for returns of faulty and incorrectly delivered products.

Service matters relating to any faults, damage and the like that have arisen for any other reason must be paid by the Customer.
