Sheet in PA6+PE 1000x610x20 mm natural

This is a sheet made of PA6+PE, polyamide 6 with polyethylene blended in.

The material is semi-crystalline. It is a blend of polyamide 6 and polyethylene.

We do not have a complete datasheet for PA6+PE, so mechanical values are not given beyond the fact that the material belongs to the polyamide family.

Suits sliding surfaces, bearing bushings, wear rails and other parts where low friction against steel and good mechanical strength are needed at the same time.

The plastic can be sawn, milled, turned and drilled with tools intended for engineering plastics. When milling, sharp inserts give a cleaner surface. Moisture affects the dimensions, so let the material rest in the workshop climate before final sizing.
