    Sheet in foamed PVC U is a lightweight sheet plastic in rigid vinyl without plasticizers. The foaming gives a closed cell structure that makes the sheet considerably lighter than solid PVC.

    A light foamed PVC sheet can weigh less than half of solid PVC, down toward 0.40 g/cm³ against the 1.44 g/cm³ of solid PVC. It is easy to saw, mill, glue and print on, and suits work where weight and machining matter more than maximum mechanical strength.

    The sheet measures 2440x1220x1 mm, 1 mm thick, and is white, which makes it a practical choice for display cases, signs and store fittings.

    At just 1 mm thick the sheet is especially light and thin, suitable for posters, labels and light guards.

    The 2440x1220x1 mm format gives a large sheet, which suits big printed images and displays.

    The smooth white surface takes print and film without pretreatment.
