Sheet in foamed PVC U Forex Classic is a light sheet plastic with a density that varies with the thickness.
For thicknesses 1 to 3 mm the density is 0.70 g/cm³, the tensile strength 16 MPa, the tensile modulus 800 MPa, the flexural strength 22 MPa, the flexural modulus 1 100 MPa and Shore D 44. For 4 to 19 mm the density is 0.50 g/cm³, the tensile strength 8 MPa, the tensile modulus 500 MPa, the flexural strength 18 MPa, the flexural modulus 650 MPa and Shore D 40. The maximum service temperature is 55 °C and the water absorption below 1 percent.
