Purten 24 FR is a clean, nitrogen expanded foam plastic in polyethylene with closed cells, supplied as sheet. It is foamed without chemical blowing agents; nitrogen gas drives the expansion, which gives an unusually clean material.
The same material often goes under the name Plastazote LD 24 FR, and Purten 24 FR has the same exclusive feel, fine surface and low density. FR stands for fire rated; it handles high fire requirements and may sit where a fire test is required.
