It is built in polyurethane, a tough wear material. The material stands up to wear, tearing and pressure, while the weak points are hot water and steam.
A polyurethane hose is made to carry compressed air and liquid in pneumatics. This product, in PU 0.4 mm, has a 4 mm diameter, which decides what spaces it fits into. The material PU in PU 0.4 mm gives a combination of strength and chemical resistance for industrial applications. Use in PU 0.4 mm in lightweight applications where corrosion resistance and electrical insulation are valuable.
