Roll in PFA GB natural

PFA is a fully fluorinated fluoropolymer that takes 260 degrees and stands up to almost all aggressive chemistry. This roll has glass fiber fabric on the back, the code GB in the name. The fabric is there because fluoropolymers cannot be glued, it gives the adhesive its grip against the substrate.

The values refer to the fluoropolymer layer, not to the fabric. The material holds down to -190 degrees, does not fracture in impact testing and starts to melt only above 305 degrees. The strength at break reaches 24 MPa, the yield strength 15 MPa and the laminate bond a shear strength above 5 MPa. The dielectric strength is 33 kV/mm.

The roll is supplied in natural and is laid as a lining where you want few joints, with the glass fiber side against the load-bearing substrate. It suits internal cladding in tanks and ducts in the chemical industry. We cut the roll to the width and length you need.
