Sheet in foamed PVC U Foamalite Xpress is a light sheet plastic in rigid vinyl plastic without plasticizers. The foaming gives a closed cell structure that makes the sheet considerably lighter than solid PVC.
A light foamed PVC sheet can weigh less than half of solid PVC, down toward 0.40 g/cm³ against the 1.44 g/cm³ of solid PVC. It is easy to saw, mill, glue and print on, and suits work where weight and machining matter more than maximum mechanical strength.
The format of Foamalite Xpress in this version is 3050x1560 mm in white, a size that suits printing, decor and light structures.
