    Sheet in foamed PVC U Simopor Construct is a lightweight sheet plastic with a density of 0.50 g/cm³.

    The tensile modulus is 500 MPa, the flexural modulus 670 MPa and Shore D 30. The yield strength is 8 MPa and the flexural strength 15 MPa. The thermal conductivity is 0.065 W/(m·K) and the maximum service temperature 60 °C.

    You get Simopor Construct in 2440x1220 mm with a gray surface, easy to saw, mill and glue into signs and interior details.

    The gray color suits industrial environments where a neutral shade is preferred over white or black.

    The 2440x1220 mm format is a standard sheet that suits both large CNC work and smaller cuts.

    Thanks to the low thermal conductivity the sheet also works as a light insulating layer in some applications.
